Method to come across this psychotics cognitive problem, Want to control your mind by making this manipulation, thinking, by this ,, control your stress.

Get come over your stress from doing just one thing and that is thinking that something which I am going to tell you here so make yourself comfortable from taking and making your own zone.

 

situation:-

I and my close friend were in stress and tension, actually very curious tension, no new tactics form, this was a situation of that evening time and in the whole day we just did one thing and that is also unsuccessful work so here is the question that what mind thought from this situation, I mean my mind think very bad actually on that sate my mind was just to crash but here my friend makes difference in thinking in mind form me. so here I was thinking that what is the reason about our thinking different form same situation as I talked above in situation so here I asked a question to my friend that at what did you think yourself in your mind about this situation during dinner in the evening. he replied with a smile that “there is a big  science and which everybody couldn't understand my science thinking , by which I controlled my brain ".

so here I said tell me, my friend, tell me your rocket science thinking . but still, I don't know what to think. and he was also not telling about what he thought. then finally he said to me after dinner and you know what it wasn't rocket science seriously what it was you know it was just a simple psychological controlled manipulation thinking to the brain...

so now I got it after listening that things from him. I asked one more thing that what is the application for this method.

 

      described problem:-

 

I and my friend were doing work on online shopping selection for more than 50,000 prices and as I said that to do shopping that we knew and we did it but a problem arises here that our network issue and order was a so big for us that we can't think for loss manner so from that point of you. I started thinking for losing manner, after some time I thought if it happens I mean it is hypothetically that we lose that money but actually "NO", but you know what my mind was uncontrollable, I don't know what to do and what to don't, so here you can see my mind gets started thinking future things and it was tension or stress. after that I couldn't stop thinking about that money order from shopping marking, so time was not going at all and at the same time my friend had no stress at all he was very free, I asked what is this friend think about money, don't you have tension for that thing and suddenly he chuckled '' actually that money was also his, all 50000 money. still not in tension. it was amazing to see like this than timing was 7 pm evening and I thought and thought nothing other else . after all this thing my friend has no stress and me was like stressful looking and after that, we started our dinner.

Dinner got completed, I asked him" what is this how are you doing this I mean how are you controlling this all tension, this is the point we were on the balcony.

 

" my friend answered very decently ",

Think that you completed your work no matter it's not completed yet but still, you need to think about what I am saying, I said 'okay. so as he said i started thinking for work done , actually this is a manipulation over brain that you show that you completed your work but fact is not accomplished yet., still '' okay said by my friend'', still apart form this if I got the end result is bad than it may get even worse form present - in the future so here is a solution to control your at last stress without completing your work, what your you need ti do in whole day that would not been complete until on at night we going to angry and gets more in problem so for that what you say to your brain and believe that you have complete your work but in actually you don't have complete your work but here is the twist that don't tell to your brain anything just close your brain i mean your eyes than for controlling that you just need one that go in front of your mirror then speak to you that you have completed your work whatever you have to do but now your brain is very dangerous that will answer you that you won’t completed your work , means where do you have completed your work so now I am telling that this will work you,

 

great,- take breath, take a breath and tell to you I mean to your eyes and speak to your brain and now this is the time your brain will listen to you and speak that you are going to kill your stress by telling this that you have come across to your day's work and if not completed then tell whatever happens means a result that going to be right ....so for now by telling this and complete your work from now onwards don't think anything any just thinks about good practice whatever, whichever done by you and only you that from that you think that you could do more better then this. see the magic happens
