Method to come across this psychotics cognitive problem, Want to control your mind by making this manipulation, thinking, by this ,, control your stress.

Get come over your stress from doing just one thing and that is thinking that something which I am going to tell you here so make yourself comfortable from taking and making your own zone.

 

situation:-

I and my close friend were in stress and tension, actually very curious tension, no new tactics form, this was a situation of that evening time and in the whole day we just did one thing and that is also unsuccessful work so here is the question that what mind thought from this situation, I mean my mind think very bad actually on that sate my mind was just to crash but here my friend makes difference in thinking in mind form me. so here I was thinking that what is the reason about our thinking different form same situation as I talked above in situation so here I asked a question to my friend that at what did you think yourself in your mind about this situation during dinner in the evening. he replied with a smile that “there is a big  science and which everybody couldn't understand my science thinking , by which I controlled my brain ".

so here I said tell me, my friend, tell me your rocket science thinking . but still, I don't know what to think. and he was also not telling about what he thought. then finally he said to me after dinner and you know what it wasn't rocket science seriously what it was you know it was just a simple psychological controlled manipulation thinking to the brain...

so now I got it after listening that things from him. I asked one more thing that what is the application for this method.

 

      described problem:-

 

I and my friend were doing work on online shopping selection for more than 50,000 prices and as I said that to do shopping that we knew and we did it but a problem arises here that our network issue and order was a so big for us that we can't think for loss manner so from that point of you. I started thinking for losing manner, after some time I thought if it happens I mean it is hypothetically that we lose that money but actually "NO", but you know what my mind was uncontrollable, I don't know what to do and what to don't, so here you can see my mind gets started thinking future things and it was tension or stress. after that I couldn't stop thinking about that money order from shopping marking, so time was not going at all and at the same time my friend had no stress at all he was very free, I asked what is this friend think about money, don't you have tension for that thing and suddenly he chuckled '' actually that money was also his, all 50000 money. still not in tension. it was amazing to see like this than timing was 7 pm evening and I thought and thought nothing other else . after all this thing my friend has no stress and me was like stressful looking and after that, we started our dinner.

Dinner got completed, I asked him" what is this how are you doing this I mean how are you controlling this all tension, this is the point we were on the balcony.

 

" my friend answered very decently ",

Think that you completed your work no matter it's not completed yet but still, you need to think about what I am saying, I said 'okay. so as he said i started thinking for work done , actually this is a manipulation over brain that you show that you completed your work but fact is not accomplished yet., still '' okay said by my friend'', still apart form this if I got the end result is bad than it may get even worse form present - in the future so here is a solution to control your at last stress without completing your work, what your you need ti do in whole day that would not been complete until on at night we going to angry and gets more in problem so for that what you say to your brain and believe that you have complete your work but in actually you don't have complete your work but here is the twist that don't tell to your brain anything just close your brain i mean your eyes than for controlling that you just need one that go in front of your mirror then speak to you that you have completed your work whatever you have to do but now your brain is very dangerous that will answer you that you won’t completed your work , means where do you have completed your work so now I am telling that this will work you,

 

great,- take breath, take a breath and tell to you I mean to your eyes and speak to your brain and now this is the time your brain will listen to you and speak that you are going to kill your stress by telling this that you have come across to your day's work and if not completed then tell whatever happens means a result that going to be right ....so for now by telling this and complete your work from now onwards don't think anything any just thinks about good practice whatever, whichever done by you and only you that from that you think that you could do more better then this. see the magic happens

Save Yourself From This Distraction

 

hey, I know it's a very genuine fact as we know or some don't, please read this you will know all transparent information.

I am going to tell a very interesting behaviour fact and a big thing is you will say something that I am sure of but that I have a condition that you must have to read with patience and trust, this is what I need.

Today I am here to talk with you for just 3 minutes. I know you are busy for a while and you are busy for just now you know that why happens because it's phycology of brain which react on that instinct for assuring on that time. We think we are very busy. "are we busy?" ask once for yourself just at that time. but you know the fact is! it's phycology of the brain. .. don't worry it's not like a disease but it's a normal things which happens with us, with everybody for god's sake I can say with every one of us.

 

I know what you are thinking for right now as I can hope for this just right now also while reading a blog you had thought "what I said ?" above am I right? I guess "YES".

 

okay let it be if yes then good or no then also good, so

 

At least you would know that you are suffering from this kind of things and 3% of people knew it very perfectly and how to deal with this !.

 

now, for this problem, sorry it's not a problem but its like truth which we can say as a fact which happens with all of us except some of the guys who knows how to control it than they would have been not suffering as I can say by being an observer and dealer. 

 

okay let me come to the point directly,

Don't worry it will not going to a problem for you, if you want to use it then you may use it, that is good for you... if not then trust me you are losing something so please listen to me, try this once you will get definite benefit from this. 

I know, I am making very suspensive, curiosities. Here I feel that an example of any food , if an expensive thing is not really expensive then a person will not trust it, and if they would say after eating its too good thing it should be costlier then real cost. so that is why I make like suspensive thing so that you would trust me because here trust is the biggest thing to read this, so I am writing now the solution of this small fact,!--

 

first of all, revise a question if you want and start reverting it in your mind and think that you are feeling that exactly, okay you may have a question that why I am saying this to do feel /experience, that. if you are not suffering from this psychological fact feeling, then why would have known this fact. hello, am I right? yes, so that is why I am telling you to do feel that, or if you know this feeling then it will be much better than doing feeling. great, now after feeling that fact, "you have just wait for a while" (IN and FOR just 4 sec) and think that in the first sec that you have to think for that which infront of you WORK, think - is it important to me? if your heart says "yes" then go for it, but if your brain says no, then also I am telling you just go for it now in the second sec think about the WORK which before you have a focus to work in the first sec, that WORK isn't it important for a while if you got to answer yes then here is to say , wait for this second because you know what "you will disagree the second-sec decision, just wait for this second, now coming to the third second you have to decide that is it important first one or second one to you, I am sure you will get yes for the second one but what I said wait for third-second don't do anything or don't think anything apart from this two "WORK" which we discussed in the first sec and second sec.

now wait for a while, just close your else and take your name with focus and patience for the fourth second 

now open your eyes and now you're in the fifth sec and in this second you will find that you have come across this confusion,,

or I called phycology disease and after the fifth second when you entered in the sixth second you will find that you are ready to do work of the first sec which was infront of you ., not that which you thinking in the second sec,

 

I don't want to say any more about the above things except that please try once because it's a necessity to come across this problem and save your time and save your health.

The biggest thing is you are putting your health into suffering so don't do this,..
